退換貨政策

1.若您收到的商品有瑕疵狀況，請於商品簽收起7日內與我們聯繫，並提供「姓名」、「訂單編號」、「連絡電話」、「退貨商品名稱」、「退貨原因及照片」等資訊，將有客服人員為您處理。

2.在官網線上訂購，自您簽收商品起七日內，皆擁有在KIDDEN HOME申請退貨的七天鑑賞期權利(７天含假日）。
提醒您，客製類產品不適用七天鑑賞期的規範喔！

3.請注意鑑賞期並非試用期，請務必先檢查產品狀態，如有疑慮請勿組裝，並於收到商品當天起7天內聯繫客服，逾時恕不受理。請務必保持商品完整性(發票/收據、配件也須完整)，若已組裝、已使用或有缺損，將依消基法規定酌收合理費用或拒絕退換貨申請。

4.商品本身天然質地特色(色澤差異、木結、紋理等)或工藝特色，因個人因素無法接受，無法以此原由要求退換貨。

5.商品辦理退貨，相關贈品需以完整包裝一併退回，如贈品已拆封或使用，須以原價金額購買。

6.退貨只以商品金額為主，已經產生並提供的服務費如「運費」、「樓層費」等相關服務恕不在退貨金額範疇。

7.若為無理由或惡意退貨，須支付運費及行政手續費。
